Honoring the outstanding lives of Barbara Hilton and Harriet Kerr.
Barbara and Harriet both worked tirelessly volunteering for LCARW over the years. Barbara produced the LCARW newsletter for over 25 years and was recognized in Tribute to Women in 2006.
Harriet was the LCARW Treasurer and PAC Treasurer for over 8 years and was recognized in Tribute to Women in 2020.
